Dreams Courier ("Dreams Courier", "we", "us", or "our") provides nationwide courier, fulfillment, and order-tracking services in Pakistan through our website (dreamscourier.com), our merchant portal (ecom.dreamscourier.com), our admin portal (admin.dreamscourier.com), and our Shopify integration. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.
By using our website, portals, or Shopify app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Our Shopify integration allows merchants to connect their Shopify store to the Dreams Courier merchant portal so that orders can be synced automatically for booking and dispatch. When a merchant installs and authorizes our app, we access the following data through the Shopify API, limited to what is required to provide our service:
We do not access Shopify payment, card, or full checkout data, and we do not use Shopify order or customer data for advertising or marketing purposes. Data pulled from Shopify is used solely to create and manage shipments for that order.
In line with Shopify's requirements, we support the mandatory compliance
webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact,
and shop/redact) so that end customers and merchants can request
a copy of, or deletion of, their data as described in Section 9 below.
We use the information we collect to:
We retain merchant account information for as long as the account remains active, and shipment/order data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, resolve disputes, and meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, except where we are required to retain it by law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our admin and merchant portals, and restricted internal access to shipment and customer data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Shopify merchants and their customers can exercise these rights by contacting us directly (Section 12), or through Shopify's own privacy tools, which trigger our compliance webhooks automatically.
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of our website, portals, or Shopify app after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
